Abstract
This digest highlights recent developments in the field of molecular imaging of cancer using peptide-based targeting entities. Syntheses of novel radiolabelled prosthetic groups and new radiolabelled peptide conjugates are highlighted. This review focuses on developments made using positron emission tomography isotopes such as fluorine-18, carbon-11, gallium-68 and copper-64 within the last 5 years.
